Network Television Debut: “Hostage Rescue” on the CW

This past Tuesday marked the premiere of the CW’s newest True Crime Anthology, “Hostage Rescue,” and I had the honor of starring in the premiere episode! Our episode, titled “Danger at the Door,” focused on the true story of the Samuelson family who was held hostage in their home in 2021. I played the reenactment of Piper Samuelson, the daughter who was held hostage with her mother the entire night against Joseph Manhard, and this was an incredible shoot.

Committee Films produced the production, and after working with them on a previous television show, I was thrilled to work with them again. We had two full days of intense, emotional work, and I am so proud of how the episode turned out. I held an informal premiere watch party with my friends and family in New York City at the Hyatt Place Chelsea Hotel, and it truly was an experience I will never forget.
