Career Development: Casting Assistantship at Ruggiero Models & Talent
New skills unlocking! I am so excited to have started my new adventure as a casting assistant with Ruggiero Models & Talent. This commercial talent agency is based in Minneapolis, MN. Casting is a new and vital facet of the entertainment business that I have yet to explore, and I am so thankful to explore this new interest with such an inspiring talent agency!
Since this summer began, I have worked on multiple commercial projects, facilitated in-person auditions, edited over 50 self-tapes, and managed the agency’s social media accounts. I will also continue working remotely with the agency this fall as the social media manager along with my other Casting Assistant responsibilities. The world of digital marketing and advocating for diverse casting is an exhilarating path I plan on continuing to explore in my career!
